The Saskatchewan Lego Users Group is proud to partner with the Regina Public Library to offer a number of workshops during the 2013 fall season. These three workshops are geared towards children, teens and adults and cover a number of tips and ideas for building Lego creations! Each one-hour workshop will be held at the Sunrise Branch location.

Topic: THINKING OUTSIDE THE BRICK

Synopsis: Reimagining the use of the Lego brick in terms of set and scale. The use and implementation of various non-traditional building techniques to enhance MOC (my own creation) building.
Req. pcs.: Basic bricks and plates, some studs-out pieces if possible, flat-hinged pieces if possible.

Synopsis: Tips for putting movement into your Technic creations, dealing with gears, wheels and making things move!
Req. pcs.: Any Technic pieces; gears, beams, bricks, pins. Power Functions motors and controls welcome but not necessary.
