We have had the good fortune to work with the Regina Public Library for two seasons of workshops.  Each series of sessions lasted for three months, with workshops being held one saturday a month over that time period.

Our first series came in the spring of 2013 at the Connaught branch in the Cathedral Neighbourhood.  For each of our three workshops, we provided two time slots to accomodate different age groups and abilities.  During the workshops, we looked at various building techniques, Technic gear ratios and minifig customization.  Each younger-aged workshop was full of eager builders, ready to learn about the topics we had on offer.  Our older-aged sessions ran with a bit fewer participants, but were no less enjoyable.

Our most recent series of workshops was hosted by the Sunrise branch of the library system in southeast Regina.  We combined ages for these workshops, encompasing multiple age ranges, included a few eager parents!  We repeated our topics which found thei new audience engaged and interested to learn.  While at the library, we were invited to display our work in a month-long holiday-themed showcase by the main library doors.

This saturday will be our final workshop at the Sunrise branch, and perhaps our last workshop for some time.  The focus this week is on Minifigure Customization through the interchanging of minifigure accessories, elements and pieces.  Check our RPL Workshop page for more information: http://sasklegousersgroup.yolasite.com/rpl-workshops.php

If you've already signed up for the workshop, be sure to bring as many minifigure pieces as you can carry!  If you've not yet signed up, contact the branch at 306-777-6095 for a spot!

Hope to see you there!
